Come and See Discernment Weekend in Boston

Thinking about becoming a friar? Visit us in Boston to get a taste of Franciscan life. Meet the friars, share meals and conversation, and pray and celebrate the Eucharist. You’ll learn about the many ministries of St. Anthony Shrine and have an opportunity to work with clients of the Food Center. The weekend also includes quiet time to reflect on your vocation. Register by Feb. 22.

Spend a Day with the Friars in Raleigh

Not able to join us for a weekend? How about spending a day with us instead? Meet our friar community in Raleigh, N.C., and learn about the variety of programs and services of St. Francis of Assisi Church and its Community Center. The day concludes with Mass and dinner. Register by March 9.

Considering Franciscan life? Visit our community in Manhattan to see how we live and where we minister. Share in community prayer and meals, and learn about the programs and services of St. Francis of Assisi Church. You’ll visit St. Francis Residence for formerly homeless people and work alongside us serving clients of the Breadline for the Poor. You’ll also have time to reflect on where God is calling you.
