Welcome to the Largest Community of Franciscan friars in the United States

With more than 350 men serving the people of God in a wide variety of ministries — colleges, parishes, urban ministry centers and diverse social ministries along the East Coast as well as in overseas missions – we are one of seven provinces in the United States belonging to the Order of Friars Minor. Like OFMs around the world, Holy Name friars continue the Order's more than 800 years of ministry.
